No, we strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any third-party sellers or social media accounts. These are often scams, and we cannot guarantee the validity of tickets bought outside our Eventbrite ticketing pages.

Whilst there is no physical Box Office on-site selling tickets at the door, visitors can jump onto their mobile phone at any time (including at the front entry!) to purchase tickets online.

Yes! Simply present the card to ticketing or security staff at the door. You will just need to purchase a child, adult or pensioner’s ticket for the person in your care.

You can follow the instructions on Eventbrite to update your tickets.

You will need a ticket for each day that you want to attend.

Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox as a link embedded in the email.

Click on the links in the email and they will open a blank web page and the tickets will download directly into your downloads box.

If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. The sender’s name will be Eventbrite.

We have a strict no refunds policy, so please ensure you can make the event prior to paying for your ticket(s).

If your plans do change and you can’t attend, tickets are fully transferrable so feel free to pass them on to your family or work colleagues!

You are not required to print your ticket.

Just present your ticket for scanning at the entry, either as a printed version or the digital version on your phone for fast entry.

It will then be scanned and you can enter the Festival directly.

The festival is held primarly indoors and most attractions will be under cover, so we will still go ahead in the event of rain.

No! Once you’re inside, everything to see and do at the Festival is included in your ticket price (apart from food, drinks and purchases from exhibitors).

Bring your credit card along to shop from the incredible range of dog products among our wonderful exhibitors who, but the way, will most likely be giving away free samples!

There will be roaming volunteers on the Festival floor, or you can head to the Organiser’s Office to talk with Festival staff.

The venue is a cashless venue. So please bring  your own debit or credit card to make purchases throughout the venue and with our exhibitors.

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. We will also have vendors selling food at the event.

Please note you can’t bring in glass bottles, containers or any alcohol. If found by security these items will be confiscated.

The Dog Lovers Festival was developed to celebrate our best friends, and to educate, entertain and inform dog owners & lovers, not dogs (so no visitor dogs, sorry!) 🐶

Yes, there will be hundreds of dogs to meet at the Festival! We do ask that all visitors respect the wellbeing of the dogs and follow our welfare guidelines available here.

Yes, Accredited Assistance or Service Dogs are very welcome at the Festival. Visitors must provide evidence of formal training or a Translink pass for entry.

Whist we encourage you to come along to the Festival to meet your next forever friend, our Breeders and Adoption groups are governed by strict rules and regulations in their respective states. 

Therefore, whilst you are permitted to register your interest in the adoption and/or purchasing process, we do not allow or support the adoption or sale of dogs onsite at the festival.

Absolutely! It’s like a huge, doggy-department store, with hundreds of exhibitors showcasing and selling all the latest and greatest products and services to reward your pooch!

There’ll be shopping and food trucks galore, with 100s of stands offering 1,000s of products & services, stacks of new products, samples, show specials and dog-friendly clothing, beds, doors, food, groomers, insurers, kennels, leads, collars, pet-tech, photographers, retailers, toys, trainers, treats, vets and more!

Exhibitors will be finalised closer to the event.

There is no visitor storage available at the Brisbane Dog Lovers Festival. We recommend bringing your own bags to carry your purchases, and kindly ask that beach trolleys and large suitcases are left at home.

If you need to drop items back to your car, pass-outs are available at the exit so you can re-enter the Festival.
