Does my Dog Lovers Festival ticket entitle me entry into the Cat Lovers Festival?
It sure does!
To celebrate launching our first Cat Lovers Festival in Brisbane we have decided that all dog owners, who also love cats, can enter the Brisbane Cat Lovers Festival with the same ticket!
That’s 2 great Festivals for the price of 1.
Please note you much enter both Festivals on the same day.

Once I have purchased my tickets where will they be sent?
Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox as a link embedded in the email. Click on these links, they will open a blank web page and the tickets will download directly into your downloads box. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. If you still can’t find your tickets, you can request your ticket to be resent by clicking here and filling out the form.

Can I come on either day with my ticket?
When you buy your ticket you will need to select which day you want to attend the Festival. Tickets are only valid for a single-day entry so additional tickets are required if you would like to attend on additional days. To change the day you would like to attend, please click here to complete this form as this is permitted.

Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you are not required to print your ticket. Just present your ticket for scanning at the entry, either as a printed version or the digital version on your phone for fast entry. It will then be scanned and you can enter the Festival directly.

Do you offer any special tickets for carers, students, pensioners or children?
Companion and Carers’ Cards are accepted; you just need to present your card to ticketing or security staff at the door upon entry.
Companion card holders enter free of charge upon presentation of the card so you just need to purchase a ticket for the person in your care. The same practice will occur with anyone holding a NDIS card requiring an Auslan interpreter. All full time students, seniors & health care card holders can access concession priced tickets.
Kids under 5 years of age enter the Festival for FREE and do not require a ticket!

Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no refunds policy, so please ensure you can make the event prior to paying for your ticket(s). If your plans do change and you can’t attend, tickets are fully transferrable so feel free to pass them on to your dog-loving friends, family or work colleagues!

Can I bring my dog?
The Dog Lovers Festival was developed to celebrate our best friends and to educate, entertain and inform dog owners & lovers, not dogs. It always presents a unique opportunity to meet and connect with hundreds of beautiful dogs and learn more about our wonderful canine companions.
We have worked hard to ensure that this is under controlled conditions for the safety and welfare of dogs and people. We could never deliver this level of care if visitors were able to bring their own dogs, especially as around 30,000+ people attend the Show, and over 90% of our visitors own one or more dogs.
We would also need to test the behaviour of every dog prior to entry and review their vaccination certificates which would just not be possible.
So, we ask all visitors to please respect this position and not bring their dog(s). Refunds will not be provided for visitors who do turn up with their pooch. Sorry!

Please note: a small transaction & credit card charge (via Stripe) will be added to the published ticket prices above. Transaction fees are not charged for tickets purchased on the door but credit card fees will apply.

You can still buy standard online tickets to our 2022 Show at a price much lower than the door price. Click here now to fetch yours now and if you purchased tickets to the 2020 or 2021 Melbourne Dog Lovers Festival, these will have already be refunded in full and cannot be used for the 2022 Show.
We want to ensure the event continues to be one of the best-value days out all year so we are offering a FULL day of K9-inspired entertainment, education and information under one WROOF for a little more than the cost of a movie ticket! We cannot guarantee tickets will be available for sale on the door and anticipate another sold-out Show, so we highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to avoid missing out.
