Dr Lauren McNamara – BVSc – SASH Veterinarian

Dr Lauren McNamara graduated from a rural vet school in Queensland, before leaping into the vibrant world of SASH in 2021. She’s commenced her journey to become a specialist surgeon by completing a rotating internship, and now undertaking a surgical internship. Her clinical interests include orthopaedics and fracture repairs.

Lauren has a rescue dog, Nala, who performs heroic feats by serving as a life-saving SASH blood donor. Beyond her surgical pursuits, Lauren finds joy in outdoor escapades, jogging and trail running with Nala and indulging in horse riding on weekends. Both Lauren and Nala will be at the SASH stand.
