Lead ad Generation Terms & Conditions – Cat & Dog Lovers Festival
By allowing your Festival App QR code to be scanned by an exhibitor at the Cat & Dog Lovers Festival, you are consenting to share your contact information with that exhibitor. This process serves as your express opt-in to receive marketing communications, offers, and updates from the exhibitor who scanned your QR code.
Please read the following terms carefully:
- Consent to Share Information
When your QR code is scanned by an exhibitor, your name, email address, and any other information you provided when registering for the Cat & Dog Lovers Festival App will be shared with that exhibitor. - Purpose of Contact
Exhibitors may use your information to contact you with promotional materials, product information, offers, or other marketing communications relevant to their business. - Control of Your Data
Each exhibitor is responsible for managing the personal data they collect. Once your information has been shared, it is governed by that exhibitor’s individual privacy policy. We encourage you to review their privacy policy before allowing your QR code to be scanned. - No Obligation
You are under no obligation to have your QR code scanned. You can choose which exhibitors (if any) you wish to share your information with during your time at the Festival. - Opt-Out Options
If you no longer wish to be contacted by an exhibitor, you may unsubscribe directly through their communications or by contacting them using the details provided in their emails or privacy policy. - Festival Organiser’s Role
Pet Projects International PTY LTD (PPI) ABN 50 636 154 188 (organiser of the Cat & Dog Lovers Festivals) PPI provides the Festival App and QR code scanning system as a lead generation tool for exhibitors but does not access or store data collected by exhibitors through this system. PPI is not responsible for how exhibitors use your information once it is shared. - Privacy Compliance
All lead generation activities are conducted in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For information on your rights under the Privacy Act, please visit www.oaic.gov.au.
