We are Humane Animal Rescue, a 100% volunteer registered charity that rescues cats & dogs, rehabiliates them and places them for adoption.
Our mission is simple; save animals lives & treat them humanely.
over 200,000 cats & dogs are euthanised each year in Australia. Animals not being desexed, microchipped, Cost of living crisis, and the high rate of animals being returned to pounds post covid is contributing to overcrowding at pounds and healthy animals being euthanised as a result.
We rescue animals from death row in pounds, place them with a foster carer, rehabilitate animals with vet work & animal behaviouralists to get them adoption ready.
