Established in 1982, Queensland Veterinary Specialists (QVS) is the first private specialist veterinary hospital in Australia. QVS has since expanded to include Pet Emergency (Pet ER), providing 24/7 specialised and emergency patient care across a range of disciplines.

Led by Directors Dr David Burgess, Dr Sibylle Buob, and Dr Lucas Beierer, we operate three hospitals throughout South East Queensland.
Our team of over 220 members — including veterinarians, nurses, technicians, radiographers, and client services staff — has undergone extensive training and utilises the latest technologies to ensure the highest standard of care for your pets.
